**Inventory Analyst Claring****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred or three years of relevant experience- Automotive experience required- Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP knowledge required- Intermediate or above knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook programs preferred- Knowledge of systems interface between Enterprise Resource Planning "ERP" and Manufacturing Execution Systems "MES" preferred- Ability to create and present summary reports**Activities**:Manages daily COGI clearing process and works within SAP to clear all possible COGI errors- Works within systems to resolve discrepancies such as misusage, unaccounted scrap or other possible causes- Supports other PC departments with cycle adjustments for new product requirements, launch activities, and daily operations- Interfaces with Material Analysts and Cycle Counters- Controls inventory integrity- Masters of all inventory processes (that include but not limited to): Service centers, Change Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Material Handling, Operations/Production, Systems, IT, Material Review (Quality), Accounting, Internal Controls, and Logistics.- Works with finance to adhere to financial and system requirements- Collaborates with Shop or Area Leads to resolve inventory issues- Works with counters to solve problems effecting or halting physical counts.- Analyzes production material receiving records- Performs inventory adjustments for obsolescent material counts- Supports the production organization while adhering to inventory control procedures- Other relevant duties as assigned- No direct supervisory duties.Supports development of staff by assisting in training and mentoring other employeesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Inventiry analyst: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
