Inventory Analyst contributes with the increase and maintaining company profitability by assuring accurate inventory levels. With the daily data collection from Cycle Counts is a must that analyze root cause of inventory variances, report and provide feedback to Supervisor, and every single employee that moves or do material transactions, with the goal of implement corrective actions that helps the company to avoid recurrence of inventory adjustments and ensures that material is present and ready for use.Is expected that Inventory Analyst acquire an Advanced level knowledge for Visual and RF Plus systems, be the trainer for any employee that makes inventory transactions for Receiving, Warehouse, Production and Shipping areas.1 Develop, enrich, and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present.2 Distribute workload between 2 Cycle Counters for the execution of inventory cycle count in a daily basis.3 Also coordinates the Inventory validation requested by Planning, Purchasing or any other department.4 Execute Second counts to validate inventory variances reported.5 Report to upper management any adjustments that will impact Production lines.6 Coordinate with Inventory Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor the authorization forinventory adjustments after a cycle count exercise.7 Adjust in VISUAL MRP system inventory based on results from Cycle Counts.8 Analyze weekly the Root Causes of inventory discrepancies and coordinate efforts to change or fix behaviors,practices and standard work that compromise the accuracy of the inventory.9 Audit inventory aging of key areas such as Production Stage and Receiving.10 Develop and follow up all the reports generated from the Audits and Cycle Counts.11 Work with other departments like purchasing, productions, planning, quality on their needs related tomaterial management and accuracy.12 Provide Trainings to all employees that are authorized to do inventory transactions.13 Certify the personnel for material transactions and report to Inventory Coordinator recurrentwrong transactions in VISUAL and RF Plus.14 Participate in each Deviation, Special Work Orders and/or special production runs providing feedbackand validating the steps to follow for reporting material backflush and transactions with the purpose of avoid discrepancies.15 Follows all existing company policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- 1 year of experience as Inventory Analyst.- Bachelor’s Degree- English advanced- Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning)- Power BI Knowledge- Advanced Excel skills.- High Mathematical Skills- Good communication skills.- Strong Leadership Skills.- Problem solving skills.**To work in industrial park Valle Bonito**Schedule Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm
