A Career at HARMANAs a technology leader that is rapidly on the move, HARMAN is filled with people who are focused on making life better.Innovation, inclusivity and teamwork are a part of our DNA.When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.About the RoleYour Team- N/AWhat You Will Do- Support to Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees Provides medical services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events.- Support to Doctor performs medical exams to new employees or employees will transfer to different area or position.Also monitoring exams to the associates who are exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (eye, audiometric, spirometry, high pressure and drug tests, etc.)- Maintains records of the employees who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.- Verifies on daily basis the cafeteria service and the bathrooms of the Company related to their hygiene.- Maintains the first aids kit well supply.- Inventory Control of medicines- Follow up health campaigns, (vaccines, cancer prevention, etc.) for the employees with the participation of external institutions and Companies.- Additional duties assigned by Doctor.- Has the authority to stop a process or activity, or give coaching if it detects unsafe or acts conditions, that could put at risk the integrity and health of a worker and environment.What You Need- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.- Technical degree in nursing.- 1-3 years of related experience.- Knowledge of Health and safety Commission.- English 50%.What is Nice to Have?- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)- Initiative.- Problem solving skills.- Achievement oriented- Computer knowledge.- Knowledge in ISO***** & ISO****HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race,color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin,disability or Protected Veterans status.HARMAN offers a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.)
