We help PE firms identify revenue acceleration levers, reduce CAC, improve GTM efficiency, and uncover upside within 30 days.We are building a world-class Portfolio Revenue Acceleration Audit and are hiring a Senior Strategist who can lead the strategic analysis and diagnostic components of each audit.This is NOT a marketing execution role.This is a high-level strategic role ideal for someone with deep GTM, funnel, CAC/LTV, and revenue mechanics expertise — ideally with experience supporting Private Equity.Role OverviewThe Senior Strategist is responsible for analyzing a company's full GTM engine, identifying value creation opportunities, interpreting data, and generating clear, insight-driven strategic findings for PE partners.You will handle ~*****% of the audit independently, working closely with the CEO for directional alignment and final narrative refinement.This role requires cross-functional GTM experience across marketing, sales, CS, and RevOps.Key Responsibilities1. GTM Diagnostic AnalysisYou will analyze:CAC, LTV, payback, channel efficiencyFunnel performance & leakageICP, segmentation, messaging clarityPricing & packagingSales process, pipeline velocity, win ratesCS retention & expansionRevOps maturity & handoff qualityAI maturity & automation opportunitiesGTM motion alignment across Marketing ? Sales ? CS2. Identify Value Creation LeversThis is the core of the role.You should be able to:Spot revenue leakageIdentify the highest-impact leversTie recommendations to financial outcomesPrioritize initiatives based on impact/effortTranslate insights into a clear value creation story3. Strategic Deliverable CreationYou will produce:GTM diagnostic slidesInsight sectionsGTM maturity scoringAI maturity highlightsValue creation opportunities100-day acceleration recommendations12-month roadmap highlights4. Full Written Report DraftYou will draft the complete written audit report (typically ***** pages), including:GTM diagnostic findingsFunnel performance analysisCAC, LTV, payback, and revenue mechanics interpretationMarketing, sales, CS, and RevOps assessmentsGTM and AI maturity scoringValue creation opportunities100-Day and 12-Month recommendationsNarrative explanations for charts, data, and insightsYou are responsible for producing the first full, comprehensive report draft based on your analysis.5. GTM Diagnostic ExpertiseMust have deep experience in:CAC/LTV, payback, unit economicsPerformance marketing & acquisition modelingFunnel mapping + leakage identificationSales process and revenue operationsGTM alignment & motion analysis2. Cross-Functional GTM FluencyMust understand how:MarketingSalesCustomer SuccessRevOps all interact to accelerate or hinder revenue.3. Strategy BackgroundIdeal background includes one or more of:Senior Strategist at a performance marketing, growth, or GTM consultancyStrategy Director or Head of Growth at a high-growth companyRevenue Strategy or Growth Strategy roles4. PE Experience (Required / Strongly Preferred)Experience supporting PE-backed companiesExperience with value creation planningExperience contributing to diligence, GTM diagnostics, or revenue acceleration initiativesFamiliarity with 100-day plans, CDD concepts, or PE operating models5. Analytical RigorMust be able to:turn data ? insightsinterpret performance metricsbuild logic-driven narrativesmake strategic recommendations supported by evidence6.
