The position involves advising, solving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management. The ideal candidate will guide and train employees, with thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the role and a results-oriented focus. The objective is to ensure operations are carried out productively to support the correct QA Collection process.Role ResponsibilitiesOrganize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated roles or tasksMonitor employee productivity and offer feedback and adviceMaintain record of hours worked and personnel recordsTransmit information from the management team to employees and vice versaPrepare and send performance reportsPrepare and analyze KPI´sConduct meetings with operational teamsDecide on bonuses and promotions based on performanceHire and train new employeesEnsure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and take disciplinary action if the need arisesRole Qualifications5+ Relevant Experience in Similar Role2+ in same position - Leading teams of 10+Bachelors degreeIntermediate English (Mandatory)Proficiency in MSKnowledge of QA standards operation, knowledge in internal and BPOs collectionsIndustry StandardsKPI`s definition capabilitiesProcess Improvement ExperienceCoaching solid SkillsStrong presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior managementAbility to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and moraleAble to develop high performance teamsStrong Collaboration skillsAble to support area´s Manager as back upStakeholders managementRisk - Fraud VisionEEO StatementWe are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams.
