**INDUSTRIA AUTOMOTRIZ****Solicita**:**MACHINE LEADER MOLDEO****Descripción y Requisitos**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:- Seguridad- Notificar y reaccionar de manera correcta ante Actos o condiciones inseguras- Identificar y promover acciones para resolver problemas de seguridad en su área- Mantenimiento Autónomo:- Mantener las condiciones básicas de sus máquinas.- Optimizar y administrar las condiciones básicas de AM (5's)- Definir los parámetros del equipo/máquinas para su correcto funcionamiento de acuerdo las especificaciones técnicas.- Administrar los TAGs- Monitorear el OEE y promover acciones para garantizar los resultados.- Reiniciar los programas de los robots/maquinas/equipo en caso de micro-paros- Coordinar con PM las intervenciones para el mantenimiento preventivo- Sustituir las partes de consumo del equipo y herramientas- Impulsar la administración visual del equipo y herramientas- Organización del Área de Trabajo:- Actualizar los pizarrones de producción- Logística:- Administración y manejo de materiales- Mejora Continua:- Proponer Quick Kaizen y sugerencias de mejora- Contribuir a la eliminación de causa raíz de los problemas- Despliegue de costos- Identificar y documentar perdidas (Maquinaria, calidad, etc.)- Desarrollo y manejo de Personal de sus máquinas.- Escolaridad:- Carrera Técnica o equivalente en experiência.Expriencia práctica en procesos de producciónExperiência equivalente.- Experiência:1+ año con amplio conocimiento de los principios del proceso en el campo general de tecnología de plásticos.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
