Join to apply for the Marketing operations lead role at WatershedAbout Watershed: Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform.Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.The RoleAs a member of the Revenue Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating Watershed's growth through the development of our marketing operations infrastructure.Partnering closely with our sales, revenue operations, and engineering team your mission will be to ensure the marketing engine runs smoothly across the entire customer lifecycle, from the moment a user visits our website to the day the contract is signed (and beyond).ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive our overall strategy for marketing operations, technology, analytics, and reportingMaintain a highly efficient and effective marketing funnel, including continuously monitoring funnel data (e.G. conversion rates) and taking proactive steps to optimize the funnelManage and optimize our martech stack across various tools and channels: web, email, search, social, digital advertising, and moreManage our database of marketing leads and contacts with close attention to detail, passion for customer experience, and commitment to technical and operational excellenceOwn marketing monitoring and reporting for all marketing KPIs on a weekly, quarterly, & annual basisWork closely with revenue operations, demand gen, and sales leadership to ensure seamless alignment on metrics, lead qualification logic, handoffs, and funnel operationsResearch, choose, and manage external vendors and agencies as neededQualifications6+ years experience in B2B marketing operations and analytics, with proven success in high-growth environmentsExpert grasp of core marketing metrics and KPIs for B2B software businessesExperience defining marketing targets based on industry benchmarks and historical trendsDeep love of data and ability to use data to inform strategic decisions and advocate for investmentExperience owning and expanding marketing attribution logic to track sourced and accelerated pipeline developmentExperience building and running marketing ops teams and programs, including setting strategy, implementing a regular reporting cadence, and using key marketing tools (HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo) to run ROI-positive campaignsInformed opinions about the best martech tools and ability to implement and optimize a marketing technology stackDeep understanding of enterprise demand gen, familiarity with key metrics, tactics, and strategies, and desire to experiment and optimizeStrategic and collaborative stakeholder management skillsWillingness to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles, if specified)LocationMust be in an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles, if specified).Watershed has hubs in San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, and Mexico City (launching soon).Interview ProcessStarts with 1–2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and interests.Next steps may include a skill or experience interview and a virtual or in-person panel interview.AccommodationsWe are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process and provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health needs, religious observances, neurodivergence, or pregnancy-related support requirements.If you need assistance during your process, please contact your recruiter.#J-*****-Ljbffr
