Overview:**We are PepsiCo**PepsiCo is one of the world's leading food and beverage companies with more than $79 Billion in Net Revenue and a global portfolio of diverse and beloved brands.We have a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes 22 brands that each generate more than $1 Billion in annual retail sales.PepsiCo's products are sold in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo's strength is its people.We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Lead the PMF Insights team - Snacks & Cookies - transforming into a proactive/predictive insights driven organization through the creation, integration, and activation of deep people Insights & Analytics required to deliver the business growth.Works closely with cross functional stakeholders and OU ExComm to drive and embed an insights culture to inform and enable enhanced decision making across the organization and define a proactive Insights agenda, leveraging business acumen and technical expertise.Be the sr. advisor of ExComm, anticipating early changes in consumer behavior as well as partnering with analytics for 100% data driven insights.Drive a massive tech adoption through stepping up in all Global tools usage and local partners equally driving tech solutions into Insights approach.Build solid connections with S&T (GCC) teams to harmonize, standardize and simplify information into the business needs.Focus local team development to translate business questions into actionable insights.Integrate analytical, shopper and human centricity view to anticipate early signs of change and strategic moves to grow PMF business.**Your Impact**As **Insights Sr Director**your scope would consist of:Drive Insights Vision into OU and acts as an integrator for all categories:- Be the strong link on Growth Navigator, per generating the key insights, learnings, KPIs management and connections across areas.- Translate the Marketing transformation agenda (PPG - powering positive growth), as a key leader in the LATAM and Global Insights community, focusing on Human Centricity and Growth Navigator as main priorities in the agenda.- Build PMF Insights as the benchmark for the entire sector, as an early technology and methodologies adopter, identifying big rocks for consumer / costumer landscape.- Actively participate to build LATAM Insights vision and set the agenda to deliver world class Insights capabilities and embed them in the Country for all categories.- Lead the Strategic Insights acting in an Integrator Role, across Insights disciplines (Consumer, Shopper, Analytics), and embed them into business processes to help drive top and bottom line- Partner with Analytics to ensure a category/share forecasting, and embed into business planning process, as well predict early changes in consumer behavior landscape- Partner with Shopper Insights (at local and regional level) to translate Demand Spaces into Shopper implications for OT and DTS and leverage to guide GTM plans.- Partner with sector in the S&T (ex-GBS) massive adoption for Business Intelligence, Social Listening, Competitive, all capabilities available in the CME catalogue, driving agility and focusing on Business Implications and Oppportunities for PMF.Be a Change Maker Insights partner.Drives the agenda for Equity building:- Coordinate the IPP - Integrated Planning Process, leading PGS, supporting on BGS and partnering on TCP driving the right audiences and JTBD for the brands.Embed relevant / inspiring insights into the process- Lead Brand Drivers (BBE - Better Brand Equity) understanding and leverage them to inform future Positioning and Communication plans for defined brands (Regional / Global for Snacks and Local for the other Categories).- Implement harmonized and risk-adjusted Innovation validation plans, and meta-analyses, to ensure fewer, bigger and better innovations are launched to market for defined innovation initiatives.Integrate innovation forecasting model to the assessment.(work closely with Sector and Global to develop and implement no only forecast but also incrementality model features)- Partner closely with Sector and Global Insights leaders to maximize leverage and synergies as relevant.Acts as an overarching strategic thinker:- Be the strategic thinker on deploying the Growth Navigator process into the BU, connecting shopper metrics as the backbone of all planning process, driving the right growth opportunities, meeting consumers where they are.- Provide guidance and support to category teams & harmonize multi-category outputs into OU plan- Collaborate to have a common Regional vision and framework- In alignment with Global and Regional scope, drive foundational people segmentation to identify incremental opportunities and drive growth.- Drive Metanalysis across the organiz
