Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field- 8+ years of experience as Global/International HR business partner- Knowledge of local employment lawsJob summaryWork Hard, Have Fun, and Make History with the Amazon HR Advertising teamAmazon is seeking a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as HR Leader to support our fast growing LATAM Amazon Advertising team.Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital and custom advertising solutions with the goal of helping customers find and discover anything they want to buy.We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on the Amazon owned and operated sites, on other high quality sites across the web, and on millions of devices.We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising.If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing to support world-class advertising teams, you've come to the right place.If you have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions, this role may be a great fit for you.In this position, you'll develop and support HR strategies that support the business objectives and partner with the international HRBPs on executing on these strategies, including areas such as organizational change, onboarding, performance coaching, training and development, employee relations, and retention.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able coach and influence business leaders at all levels while assisting them and the organization become more effective.As the Regional HR leader, you will partner with your clients to build and execute HR strategies that enable the business' growth plans.Whether coaching your clients on leading their teams, developing innovative solutions and programs to deliver results for our business or navigating and resolving employee relations issues, you will be a champion of Amazon's culture and values, partnering with your clients to help them build and retain customer obsessed teams.This is a true business partner role providing an opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, providing human resources expertise in the areas of coaching/development, organizational design, succession planning, talent assessment and development, compensation, employee relations, and much more.You will be embedded with the business, and will work closely with its leadership team on organizational and people related issues.You will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within the organization.You must be able to interface effectively with leaders at all levels and need excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and ability to perform in a fast paced and innovative environment.- Able to travel, as appropriate- Significant experience working with fast-moving, high performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs- Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams- Willingness and ability to both be hands on with all levels of the organization as well as serve as a strategic partner to senior leader- Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of energy- Travel will be required for this role
