Warehouse ManagerWhat you’ll do:The Logistic Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating control processes within the manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring optimal production schedules, inventory levels, and facilitating efficient workflow to meet production targets and customer demands through effective warehouse processes and cycle count strategies. Responsibilities include receiving materials, raw material storage, supply components, pickup of materials in production lines, shipping finished goods, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure 100% raw material availability and on-time shipments. Promote efficient communication with demand and production control teams. Follow standards to optimize inventory levels, with a focus on safety.Inventory ManagementWarehouse ManagementMaterial routes (conveyance)Process ImprovementTeam leadershipCross-department collaborationReporting and AnalysisEnsure 100% customer deliveriesMaterial flow (timing control)Inventory accuracyDelivery to internal and external customersDevelop logistics tools to increase automation and reduce manual processesImplement conveyance schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levelsCollaborate with FG Planning, RM Planning, and Operations to align production plans with business objectivesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsAnalyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend changesEnsure material flow in and out of the facility and warehouseMaintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle countsGuarantee compliance with procedures and standardsParticipate in audits and monitor 5S standardsEngage in problem-solving analyses as neededParticipate in continuous improvement programsManage JDE and related warehouse systemsCoordinate logistics processes to ensure timely deliveryParticipate in operations and staff forums to address systematic issuesManage inventory turns through supervision and follow-upProvide resources and remove obstacles to meet targetsApply APS principles in the work areaWhat is required:Bachelor's degreeBilingual (Spanish - English)Planning and scheduling skillsInventory management expertiseContinuous flow managementWarehouse managementService Parts Process knowledgeProject Management skillsExperience with JDE, Megatron, L2L, OfficeProblem-solving abilitiesWarehouse efficiency and safety complianceControl of delivery routes for materials and finished goodsComprehensive warehouse management (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)Knowledge of warehouse safety regulationsWhat’s in it for you:Attractive compensation packageRecognition awards, company and family events, university discounts, and moreGender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
