Role Summary The Remote Project Manager oversees interior installations and renovations across the U.S., acting as the central coordinator and client advocate. This role is not a trade employer or payment intermediary. Key responsibilities include contractor vetting, client communication, timeline management, and quality control to ensure projects meet design intent and client expectations. Responsibilities Client & Project Setup: Lead onboarding calls, review design packages, and refine scopes of work. Contractor Sourcing: Identify and vet at least three contractors per trade, compare bids, and verify references and portfolios. Project Coordination: Build project timelines, manage trade sequencing, and track material deliveries. Quality Control: Enforce design intent through photo documentation, monitor installations, and identify risks early. Reporting: Provide weekly client updates and proactively flag potential budget or timeline impacts. Procurement of Materials: Manage client budgets and accounts, order materials to client addresses, and track delivery and fulfillment. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of project management experience on U.S.-based projects (construction, renovations, or interior installations). Communication: Fluent in English; comfortable leading calls with U.S. clients and contractors. Technical: Proven ability to manage projects 100% remotely. Preferred: Experience with U.S. real estate or short-term rentals (STRs); bilingual in English/Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
