**PCE TECHNOLOGY DE JUÁREZ/FOXCONN GROUP (SAN JERÓNIMO)****Solicita**:**Reliability Quality Engineer (SMT)****Descripción y Requisitos****Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, mechanical, electrical, control, and safety/security systems.- Defines, develops, administers, and refines the asset management plan, maintenance plan, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.- Reduces and improves maintenance work wherever feasible; assuring efficient and productive operation of processes and equipment.Protect and prolong the economic life of assets at the lowest practical cost- Be competent with data analysis techniques that can include:- Statistical Process Control / OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness / Reliability modeling and prediction / RCFA fault analysis techniques / Six Sigma methodology- Facilitate root-cause and root-cause failure analysis (RCA, RCFA)- Support failure reporting; analysis and corrective actions systems.- Maintains the Asset Maintenance Plans that define the maintenance practices for production, utility, and auxiliary assets.Including the development and optimization of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs for assets:- Works with all levels of maintenance and operations obtaining owner approval prior to implementation and changes- Analyzes planned idleness of operating equipment to develop and improve PM schedules.- Periodically compares PM frequencies to downtime reports and equipment histories to identify where frequencies require adjustment.Refining the frequencies on an "economic" basis to avoid "over maintenance".- Expertise in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization- Must have demonstrated effective communication practices and have experience with office and reliability productivity tools.- Must have an understanding of the RCM process, failure mode identification, cause and effect analysis, determination of probability, and consequence of failures; the use of FMEA, RCFA decision logic, and writing tasks to mitigate identified failures- Must demonstrate knowledge of generic problem solving, and in particular the RCA process- Must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge- Have a solid knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, and repair.- Must have an understanding of Asset Management, its various components and organization- Ability to communicate/teach reliability best practices, condition monitoring, and precision methods- Be willing to continually pursue knowledge and certifications in reliability and predictive technologies.- ** Scholarship: Required**:- Bachelor degree or College degree or above is required.- Desirable: languages level above is preferred.EnglishAdvanced**Experience**:- 1.Trained in quality management system ISO****;- 2.proficient quality management tools(SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5C etc.);- 3.Have a certain understanding of QC seven Tools.- 4.Experience in quality management standard for the automotive industry IATF *****:**** (formerly ISO/TS *****) IS A MUST- Trained in six sigma and DOE method.- More than 1 year working experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing is preferred.3.Proficient in office software.Puesto: Ingeniero - Calidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
