Let's make it happenWe are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee our 3PL warehouse operations and last-mile fulfillment for the UK and Ireland. You will work from our Lisbon office in a hybrid format and collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure excellent delivery performance, high warehouse efficiency, and strong cost control.What you'll do Oversee daily operations for our 3PL warehouse and last-mile carriers across the UK and Ireland.Monitor and improve key KPIs, such as OTIF, carrier lead times, delivery performance, warehouse productivity, stock accuracy, and overall cost efficiency.Act as the main point of contact between our internal teams and external logistics partners.Manage inventory levels, prevent aging and blocked stock, and ensure optimal warehouse space utilization.Lead replenishment planning, approve inbound flows, and coordinate purchase orders and warehouse transfers.Partner with internal Account Managers to resolve operational challenges and support customer requirements.Ensure timely and cost-effective parcel and pallet deliveries by optimizing our fulfillment and carrier network.Who we are looking for:3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, or 3PL partner management.Proven experience in inventory control, replenishment planning, and operational performance improvement.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and external partners.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and decisions are made quickly.Proactive problem solver with a hands-on mindset and focus on continuous improvement.Fluent in English.
