This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to impact millions of customers around the world.As a Senior System Development Engineer, you will...Be a technical lead on the team and act as a subject matter expert for one or more servicesLead infrastructure support, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features, and servicesLead coding projects primarily in Java and AWS technologiesSupport software deployment in staging and production environmentsDevelop tools to aid operations and maintenanceManage system and support status reportingLead large, cross-functional team projects and resolve complex system issuesUnderstand the business impact of system development decisionsParticipate in design, code, and procedure review discussionsDrive improvements in Audible's infrastructure, operational performance, and stabilityContribute to hiring, mentoring, and training employeesMake judgments with excellent discernmentLead large-scale projects such as migration to native environmentsDrive pipeline automation projects to completionABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
