About the role As a Manager Consulting, you will make an impact by leading transformation management and organizational change management initiatives for clients. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management team and work collaboratively with practice leaders, stakeholders, and clients. In this role, you will: Lead and deliver transformation management and organizational change management projects for clients. Drive key account expansion, sales leadership, and internal executive stakeholder partnering based on an expert understanding of emerging market trends, client business direction, and evolving regulatory contexts. Define a change roadmap including KPIs and milestones for projects and monitor change related performance indicators for overall implementation and recommend corrective actions Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of projects Work with the client Communications POC to establish communication governance and create a 30-60-90-day plan, maps the audience stakeholder groups, channel mix, frequency, key messages Engage senior executives in discussions regarding business, operational, architectural, and regulatory issues to optimize and transform business and IT operations. Manage and mentor a matrixed team of professional consultants to achieve business and financial targets. Manage communication plan to ensure consistent messaging, timely coordination, and consistent use of channels Report changes and communication deliverable development statuses, issues, mitigation and risks to the OCM Lead Facilitate senior leadership meetings to follow up on action items from Stakeholder Reports Develop OCM Adoption Metrics and manage tracking and sustainability Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you must have to be considered Bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering or science related degree preferred but not mandatory) Experience in transformation management and organizational change management within consulting Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation programs, with a strong preference for supporting global rollouts of ECC and/or S/4HANA. Proven ability to collaborate with large, global teams to gather requirements, drive process changes, and develop clear, comprehensive technical documentation. Successful track record of setting and achieving account-based engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving a matrixed organization of professional consultants Ability to personally engage senior executives in discussions regarding domain-specific business, operational, architectural, and regulatory issues Robust network of contacts and presence in target accounts, professional organizations, and industry forums These will help you succeed Critical thinking and analytical skills to process complex information, analyze data, and align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals. Strong consulting skills, including communication, collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion, to effectively advise clients and drive change—even when facing resistance. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and improve business performance. Strategic thinking and business acumen, with expertise in analyzing market positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and understanding business models and financial indicators to craft actionable strategies. Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies and diagnosing complex business challenges. Experience leading organizational change, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and managing resistance to change. Extensive experience managing and delivering consulting engagements, particularly in transformation and change management projects. Deep knowledge of industry trends and the ability to provide tailored solutions and thought leadership relevant to sector-specific challenges. Track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. Experience in driving business transformation initiatives across value chains, such as process improvement, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
