**Overview**- PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ® and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.- Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.- Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities****Main purpose**- As a Brand Packaging Designer, you are responsible for the execution and implementation of comprehensive brand design adaptations.You will demonstrate superior ability toproduce creative assets: scaling, cropping, photo retouchingand upload images in a variety of formats within tight deadlines and according to global stardards with exceptional implementation.Understand our client's marketing and creative design strategy and overall business objectives.You will also engage with internal and external design and cross-functional partners to execute and implement artwork and technical design.- You will build strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.**Accountabilities**- Work in execution and implementation audiovisual ideas- based on the objectives to be communicated.- Extrapolation: From master design files develop any additional sizes in range, ensuring brand integrity during scale up.- Share artwork with Pre-Media House to ensure printability.- Project Management of timelines to hand over to Pre-Media.- 3D service that enables photorealistic views of the product, for e-commerce, online, etc.- Product shots (simple 3D and composing) for e-commerce and simple key visuals.- Simple product shots for banners.- Simple Point of Sale visualization.- Packaging mock-ups + 3d printing.- Assets roll out to different point of sale formats and standards under the control of the stewardship of the Design Center.- Key Visual adaptation to different sizes.- Artwork and adaptation to support brands in-store display and product mockups.- Understand how to adapt designs across different retail channels.- Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.- Provide quantitative results and commercial understanding- Lead meetings and alignments with customers to define use cases and business cases and clearly define the customer project.**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.)- 3+ years of agency creative experience in Packaging, 3D and Point of Sale materials.- Advance English level.- Advance fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.- Intermediate Rhino + Keyshot or comparable software to model and render 3D images.- Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery filetypes.- An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST.- Experience with adaptative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus.- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.- If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiC****o
