Overview:**We Are PepsiCo**Join PepsiCo and Dare for BetterWe are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:As a brand packaging adaptation designer, you are responsible for the adaptation of mechanical plans from different brands.You will demonstrate superior ability to produce creative assets: scaling, cropping, photo retouching and upload images in a variety of formats within tight deadlines and according to global standards with exceptional implementation.Understand our client's marketing and creative design strategy and overall business objectives.You will also engage with internal and external design and cross-functional partners to execute and implement artwork and technical design.You will build strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.**Your Impact**:As Multimedia Content Art your responsibilities would consist of- Extrapolation: From master design files develop any additional sizes in range, ensuring brand integrity during scale up:- Ensure hierarchy is maintained across all sizes/flavors.- Ensure well applied prepress file specifications.- Share artwork with Pre-Media House to ensure printability.- Project Management of timelines to hand over to Pre-Media.- Extensive knowledge in different printing systems (e.g. 8 inks, flex)- Desirable Understanding in NOM - 050 (execution and knowledge in Latam nutrition label)Text and legal information.- Work in execution and implementation audiovisual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.- Product shots for simple key visuals.- Simple product shots for banners.- Simple Point of Sale visualization.- Packaging mock-ups.- Assets roll out to different point of sale formats and standards under the control of the stewardship of the Design Center.- Key Visual roll out to formats.- Key Visual adaptation to different sizes.- Conocimientos Ability to build graphic designs when needed.- For Daily Management:- Be a brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely.- Present designs to internal clients, brand teams and external agencies for approval.- Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.- Provide quantitative results and commercial understanding.- Lead meetings and alignments with customers to define use cases and business cases and clearly define the customer project.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- At least a 2+years degree in a print or graphic arts program or equivalent industry experience- Diploma/Degree in Art & Design, Printing Technology or equivalent.**Experience**- Experience (2+ years) in adaptation of mechanical plans for offset / flexo.Knowledge in color separation, white ink underbase and overprint specifications.- 2+ years experience in preparing output files for standard and large format printing.- Fully understand all major print processes including, but not limited to Offset, Flexography, Roto Gravure, Dry Offset and Digital Printing.- Display a knowledge of CMYK Process Printing, Extended Gamut Printing and the use of Special Colors when and where necessary.- Manage the artwork approval process; quality check of brief- Attend first print run if needed- 2-3+ years working in creative agency.- 2+ years' experience in the packaging and/or graphic arts industry with working experience directly with clients and packaging printers- Intermediate English- Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.- Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery filetypes.- An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST.- Experience with adaptative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus.- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.What can you expect from us:- Opportunities to learn and de
