About the jobOur clients Cargo Charter services consists of humanitarian relief, dangerous goods, animal transportation and pharmaceutical transport.Our Cargo team manages the full sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is board their freight Our team focuses on providing high quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client’s chartering requests are handled as quickly as possibleClient is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile.A DAY IN THE LIFEBuilding your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etcPro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to clients customersBuilding relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customersMaintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat businessWorking to sales target meeting financial objectivesAbility to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering processManage charter bookings from enquiry to completionReceiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumenFlight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)WHAT DO WE LOOK FORFocuses on building client relationshipsInterpersonal skillsInterest in aviation and salesHigh attention to detailConfident and resilient individualExcellent phone etiquetteOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPrevious aviation experience or knowledge is not requiredBilingual in English and SpanishTRAINING & TRAVELAward-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoringInternational training based in our London (Global HQ) and New York (Americas HQ)Opportunities for international and domestic travel or relocationTraining and travel expenses are covered by the company
