**Job Details****What you will do?**:**The Global Products Supplier Fulfillment Leader (SFL) will report to the Senior Manager, Materials Fulfillment.Johnson Controls is currently seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to be part of a Supply Chain Delivery Tiger Team.The Delivery Tiger will focus as part of the Global Enterprise for Global Products supporting multiple PBUs / Plants.The key role is to drive the Supplier Fulfillment activities that results in reduction of Supply Chain constraints (Material delivery to MRP need dates and expediting where critical material needs have a gap).The focus areas are to work directly with the Supplier Development Leaders and Business Unit level Procurement & Material Leads.The role also entails leading and organizing the actions of the entire team so they can proactively address supplier issues/constraints that arise.**:**Working with the business units this role will facilitate and coordinate the improved fulfillment and execution to ensure they are operating at entitled levels of Clear to Build while achieving operating efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business metrics.They will be an integral member of the Global Products Project team improving the Supplier Fulfillment activities.**:**This role will lead implementation of processes, tools, and training to drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in all aspects of order fulfillment (Supplier On-time, Get well to PO, Supplier Past Due reduction, Days gap closure to JCI need date, supplier capacity verification, surge capacity available) and order fulfilment policy, planning & execution.This position will influence key decision-making processes with direct connection to customer and supplier delivery and business.**:**How you will do it ?**:**Create the Partner of Choice thru a Supplier relationship management (SRM) and integrating the right technology, processes, resources, and tools needed to align the organization with key suppliers to create stronger and more loyal relationships.**:**Manage supplier relationships, drive material expediting, delivery strategy and execution at identified suppliers**:**Collaborate with suppliers to execute capacity verification/plans & identify capacity risks at suppliers**:**Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with suppliers**:**Drive delivery health metrics for on-time delivery, low delivery span, and low delinquency across identified suppliers**:**Communicate Process outcomes & risks/mitigations effectively and efficiently during shop floor and business center reviews.**:**Lead strategic supplier discussion (i.e. dual source, supplier change, etc) items with client's Procurement PBU & Category leadership.**:**Monitor, track and report on supplier compliance to delivery due dates, identify risks to late delivery, handle escalations with suppliers according to JCI procedure.**:**Coordinates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Production Schedulers, Quality and Engineering to assure that materials are on site in a timely manner to facilitate speedy and accurate parts availability to meet customer demands.**:**Effectiveness of the system utilizing Lean Methodologies to achieve the performance improvement.**:**Will help to develop a culture of accountability supporting the tracking, action planning, and measurable improvement of critical supply chain planning KPIsdefine the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and the measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.**:**Manage KPI performance through supplier management of demand-supply variation, labor planning, order scheduling and capacity planning.**:**Through leadership, influence, and relationship building, must work effectively with each business unit to develop and progress along their Fulfillment maturity.**:**Provides guidance, forms, and direction for annual business planning related to inventory planning.**:**Evaluates and models existing processes through Value Stream Mapping, Standard WIP, Constraint management.**:**Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects related to order Fulfillment across the JCI footprint.**:**Develop project templates and management system driving data to information to action plans.**:**What we look for?**:**Required**:**5-10 years' experience in Global professional experience of Supply Chain Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, and/or Manufacturing Operations**:**Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Supply Chain Management, Plant Operations, or Logistics and Fulfillment**:**Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in leading teams including employees and contractors**:**Strong verbal and written communication skills**:**Ability to influence others and lead teams**:**Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and work to a stick schedule**:**Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodolo
