Propósito del rol Diseñar la arquitectura omnicanal en GENESYS Cloud CX. Configurar IVRs flujos de voz mensajería y bots conversacionales. Implementar enrutamiento inteligente por intención prioridad y contexto. Integrar GENESYS con HubSpot RPAs y otros sistemas vía APIs y webhooks. Crear journeys automatizados de contacto reasignación y reactivación de leads. Definir reglas de escalamiento entre bots y agentes humanos. Optimizar la experiencia del cliente y los indicadores de atención. Lo que buscamos en ti Experiencia avanzada en GENESYS Cloud CX. Dominio de Architect Omnichannel Routing y flujos automatizados. Experiencia integrando plataformas vía API / Webhooks / Event Streams. Background en modelos híbridos de atención (bot humano). Capacidad para diseñar soluciones no solo configurarlas.
