RoleFull time, contract position.We're looking for a highly skilled Google Ads specialist with deep experience managing and scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce brands.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn strategy and execution as a subject matter expert for all Google Ads products.Full account ownership for multiple e-commerce brands.Build campaigns from scratch: search, Shopping, PMax, remarketing, YouTube (as needed).Day-to-day optimizations, scaling, and budget management.Develop proactive testing plans for audiences, bids, creative, landing pages.Provide creative direction for headlines, copy, image/video guidance – no production.Drive revenue growth and improve CAC/ROAS performance.Weekly reporting, insights, and Loom video summaries.Occasional participation in client calls (must speak fluent English).Qualifications & Skills3-7+ years managing Google Ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.Fast, highly efficient, and quality-focused with a deep understanding of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Remarketing, and feed optimization.Proactive in running creative tests, analyzing results, and iterating rapidly.Strong oral and written communication skills; fluent in English with clear Loom videos.Responsible and trustworthy, treating client budgets as if they were your own.Experience with Google Meet, email, and Google Chat for communication.Availability & ExpectationAvailable from 9-5 pm Mountain Standard Time.Will independently run creative tests, analyze them, and iterate swiftly.Will proactively bring new tests and opportunities each week.Application ProcessShare a link to your LinkedIn profile and attach a 2–3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining why you believe you are the best candidate for the role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
