OverviewDesarrollarse como Legal Counsel en el sector inmobiliario industrial.Asesorar en contratos, permisos y fideicomisos.Sobre nuestro clienteNuestro cliente es una plataforma mexicana de administración de activos inmobiliarios, parte de un grupo financiero internacional, especializada en gestión integral de portafolios industriales y comerciales.DescripciónConocimiento del sector inmobiliario industrialBackground analizando, revisando y detectando riesgos en contratos de arrendamiento industrialConocimiento de las leyes y sensibilizando en temsa de construcción, permisos, garantías corporativas, entre otrosConocimiento de fideicomisosPerfil buscadoEl/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Licenciatura en Derecho, con cédula profesional.Habilidad para negociar y redactar contratos complejos.Manejo de crisis, pensamiento estratégico, asertividadExperiencia previa en el sector de inmobiliario industrialInglés avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado.Habilidades analíticas y enfoque en la solución de problemas legales.Qué OfrecemosSalario base en rango de 70,000 a 80,000 brutosPrestaciones superiores a las de la ley.Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional#J-*****-Ljbffr
