Objetivo de la posicion:Coordinar la introduccion de nuevos productos, proyectos VAVE y tacticos mediante la adecuada planeación, desarrollo y ejecución en adherencia a la metodologia de NPI cumpliendo con los requerimientos de costo, calidad, tiempo e inventarios que garanticen el logro de los objetivos organizacionales del sitio de manufactura correspondiente.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar el plan de proyecto para el equipo de Operaciones, en adherenciaa los objetivos del programa.Liderarla implementación de proyectos en adherencia a los procesos de NPI para alcanzar las metas y objetivos operativos.Asegurar que el Costo del producto se mantenga dentro del limite establecido del proyecto.Garantizar que el gasto del proyecto se mantenga dentro del presupuesto planeado.Mantener los niveles de Calidad de Producto de acuerdo a los requerimientos del proyectoGarantizar que la implementacion del proyecto se lleva a cabo dentro de el tiempo planeadoMantener el Nivel de Inventarios de acuerdo a los requerimientos del proyecto y diseno de la cadena de suministroGarantizar que la capacidad de proceso es disenada adecuadamente y cumple con los volumenes requeridos por el plan de demandaCoordinar el monitoreo y control del plan de proyecto a lo largo de las 5 Fases del proceso de introduccion de nuevos productos, asegurando el cumplimpiento de los entregables en tiempo y formaGarantizar la disponibildad de recurso para el proyecto.Comunicar oportunamente el status, riesgos y actividades del (os) proyecto(s) a su cargo.Mantener estricta adherencia a la metodología NPI y trabajo estandar aplicable para los proyectos VAVE, Tacticos y NPIPriorizar y administrar los recursos con otros Ingenieros de Proyectos y Project Managers a fin de evitar conflictos de recursos entre diferentes proyectosAsegurar apego de la documentación de los proyectos a ISO 9000Participar en eventos de mejora continua para mejorar el desempeno del area de NPIRequisitos de la vacante:Universidad Completa (Titulo)Experiencia de 2 - 3 añosIngles AvanzadoExperiencia en Administracion de ProyectosMS Project / Office, OraclePMP deseadaConoce nuestros valores:Servir a otros no a uno mismoHacer lo correctoTener curiosidad mas allá de lo obvioTener pasión por la excelenciaDisfrutar lo que haces y celebrar lo que somosEstar seguro, ser saludableEstar facultado y ser responsableEste es tu negocio, funciona con él #J-18808-Ljbffr
