**Inventory Specialist**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role you will be responsible for develops, implements, and maintains all the procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining MRP Systema accuracy up to 98% and financial integrity.**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Manage and maintain current inventory at its different locations.Such as warehouse, floor, etc.As well as assess and monitor warehouse inventory transactions (Receiving, backflush, COGI etc.).- Interface with internal departments to meet supply chain objectives.- Identify usage and inventory issues, analyze root causes, and provide resolutions.- Manage inventory adjustments and inventory transfers weekly.- Work with Production Control & Purchasing team when needed to predict future inventory needs, helping them with producing plans for buying based on forecasts and sales data.- Perform inventory analysis and management to avoid low stock and overstock.- Develop Inventory strategies to ensure smooth product flow, process improvements to achieve company inventory goals, and initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories and to improve inventory turns.- Review inventory activities and recommend improvements, such as MOQ and/or Std Pack etc.Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.Turns Targets - monitoring inventory against customer agreements.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- +2 years of experience in Materials, Planning, Production, Inventory Management etc.- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook).- Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure.- English Intermediate Level.**More about us**:
