**Material Master Data Specialist**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory including sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice.Support internal customer service inquiries.Sets inventory parameters, inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.**This position reports to**:Production Development Specialist**Your responsibilities**:- Work as Material Master Data Specialist supporting critical data management processes.- Create and administrate basic Material Master Data in Manufacturing Plant.Create and update Supply Chain and Sourcing Data.- Update and administrate parameters based on inputs from the responsible functions.Respond to data updates and validation requests following business guidelines, delivering on data quality and according to expected timing.- Work with cross functional teams and suppliers to remove roadblocks in the ordering process.- Support the data management processes by developing IT tools and reports.- Provide supply chain related reports and KPI measurements to the organization, fulfilling the expected data quality levels, formats and timelines.- Design and implement processes for data maintenance based on business requirements.- Drive measurements to improve data quality and processes and have total responsibility for master data accuracy.**Your background**:- Bachelor ´s degree preferably in Industrial/Management Engineering or with specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain.- Committed to meet expected results, targets, deadlines.- Process views and out of box thinking.- Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.- Solid Fulfillment processes and ERP system knowledge (SAP).- 3 or more years' experience in Manufacturing or Materials Management Experience with SAP Material Master.- Advanced English Level.**More about us**:
