Vacante para la empresa Step One Headhunting en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México : Chief Technology Officer Location: CDMX (Onsite) Role Summary Lead the technology strategy and infrastructure of a high‑availability payments platform, ensuring near‑zero downtime, scalability, and compliance within the financial services environment. Qualifications are required to be considered for this position. Must have experience working in Banking or Financial Services industries : 10+ yrs in tech leadership in banking or financial services with expertise in payment platforms. Proven experience with high‑availability (HA) transactional platforms. Expertise in payments infrastructure, APIs, and real‑time processing. Background in secure architecture (PCI DSS, ISO , etc.). English level : Advanced or Native. Main Responsibilities Guarantee %+ system uptime across mission‑critical payments infrastructure. Modernize legacy systems while maintaining regulatory and data‑security standards. Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals. Oversee platform architecture for scalability, resilience, and availability.\Lead engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. Drive cloud, API, and microservices adoption ensuring operational excellence. Manage vendor relationships and technology compliance for financial systems.
