Chief Technology Officer Zurich invites you to develop your professional career as Chief Technology Officer. The role will be responsible for Leading IT strategy implementation, supporting end-to-end technology services and offering consultancy – taking advantage of your experience and technical knowledge to different business areas in all change initiatives. Propose and suggest according to business needs, taking consideration of Zurich's current and future technological architecture. Experience & Skills Proven and demonstrated interpersonal skills. Clear leadership and people management skills – built, managed, developed and coached similar sized teams in the past (objective setting, performance management, ability to create high performance teams). Ability to influence the company at all levels to become more digitally minded and form strong relationships at all levels of the organization and across all areas of the company. Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment. Key Responsibilities Responsible for IT infrastructure and support to the complete operation. Acts as a business partner contributing with the definition of corporate development strategies. Designs business solutions, projects and technology plans and supervises their correct implementation. Manages different vendors and partners alliances assuring our agrees and operational standards, accomplishing Group and local performance expectations.
