Descripción y detalle de las actividades We’re Hiring : Human Resources Manager Are you ready to lead the HR function in a world-class medical company with 3,500+ employees ? We are looking for an experienced HR Leader who will drive organizational success through people, strategy, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire HR department. Act as a trusted coach and consultant to business leaders. Design and implement staffing, workforce, retention, and development strategies . Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor law. Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives . Benchmark HR best practices across the maquiladora industry. Use HR metrics and analytics to influence business results. Experiencia y requisitos Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of HR experience and 8+ years in management roles . Proven track record in the maquiladora industry . Expertise in compensation, talent & performance management, and employee relations. Strong strategic problem-solving, business acumen, and analytical skills . Skilled in talent assessment, development, and retention strategies . Proficient with TRESS System, HR tools, MS Office, and HR reporting . Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills . Fully bilingual : English – Spanish .
