Ford is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team.The Accounts Payable Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to support our operations in Chile and collaborate with our global finance functions.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable role or a similar financial position, preferably within a multinational company or shared services environment.Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.Strong data entry skills.Artificial Intelligence knowledge.Required SkillsAnalytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems and discrepancies.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesProcess and review high volumes of invoices (PO and Non-PO) and expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies and financial procedures.Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and account reconciliations.Prepare and process payment runs for multiple currencies, adhering to payment schedules.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing accruals, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for audits.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., Purchasing, Logistics, Treasury) to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of accounts payable operations.Ensure strong internal controls over accounts payable to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial policies and local regulations.Utilize financial software to manage and report on accounts payable metrics.#J-*****-Ljbffr
