TigerConnect transforms healthcare with the industry's most widely adopted clinical collaboration platform - uniquely modernizing the way doctors, nurses, care teams, patients, and data connect.With solutions spanning care team communication, scheduling automation, alarm management and event notifications, nurse call, patient engagement and more, we accelerate productivity, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes, safely and securely.More than 8,000 healthcare organizations trust us to deliver enterprise-ready solutions, making this possible with the right group of dedicated, thoughtful trailblazers.Today, private practice doctor's offices, small and large hospice centers, and some of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States rely on TigerConnect.We're a fun, hungry, smart, innovative group of eclectic people who are passionate about transforming the way clinical care teams work and communicate.- The TigerConnect team is seeking a Configuration Specialist focused on our TigerConnect software, with a major focus on our newly signed SMB clientele.Responsibilities include installing core products, configuring client specific product options, and at times, training new clients remotely.The Implementation and Configuration Specialist will at times also assist clients in identifying use cases where the solution creates efficiencies - ultimately driving outcomes and ROI for the client.We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed learner with a penchant for problem-solving and software configuration that shows up to work daily with a positive attitude.This opening is an onsite position; at this time, we are not hiring for a remote position.This is a hybrid position and will work from our offices in the Reforma neighborhood, Mexico City.What You'll Be Doing:- Provide implementation and support services to new, and sometimes existing customers, through configuration of our proprietary software according to TigerConnect SOPs-- Organizing and conducting training remotely with end users (physicians, administrators and staff) on how to use the software and assisting in developing and maintaining training and implementation materials to ensure client utilization and success-- Manage multiple implementation/configuration projects and priorities with competing deadlines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the projects or deliverables if part of a larger project- Provide consistent communication of project status and health to the customer and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle- Ensure project is clearly documented, and any changes are appropriately managed and communicated including development and maintenance of project documentation, including checklists, project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs as required- Proactively communicate necessary details and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment, ensure tasks completion, and successful delivery of the projectWhat You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field- 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success in technical software setup and configuration- 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success in project management or coordination, preferably in a healthcare technology or SaaS environment- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated ability to work well with others and the ability to manage their time- Superior organizational skills - demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining clear attention to detail- Exceptional customer relationship skills - proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel- Ability to interact with high level customers and involved in collaboration, design, implementation, and involvement of project planning- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically- Must be fluent in EnglishThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced implementer who is passionate about healthcare and technology, and who is looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.Perks & Benefits We Offer:- Join us in our prime office space in the heart of Mexico City's Reforma area; Our hybrid teams unite top talent from Mexico, the US, and beyond, offering flexibility and collaboration- Enjoy our comprehensive benefits with excellent private medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family- Focus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge)- Take advantage of extra perks and benefits, including a savings fund, monthly teleworking allowance, grocery vouchers, and travel insurance- In addition to the minimum days off required by law, our Flexible Time Off program
