**The company.**Toshiba is a provider of technology services for retail businesses to create high-quality digital platforms and products that accelerate time to market.Our diverse and adaptable teams provide the right mix of solutions and methodologies to deliver results as we collaborate with our clients' teams to foster innovation through continuous learning.**Our people.**At Toshiba, all team members are empowered to take responsibility and develop innovative solutions to our customers' most challenging problems.To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What will** you** bring to the team.**CMDB configuration and implementation specialist, creates, manages and supports solutions for some of the world's largest retailers.Your main focus will be relational database management, knowledge in Java, JavaScript, API, RESTful microservices with JSON will be a plus, as well as knowledge in non-SQL database.Will collaborate as needed with internal teams.The incumbent will excel in our agile, collaborative and customer-focused environment, where you will contribute in a variety of ways.**What you will be doing**:- Implementing the CMDB where infrastructure and service management information is allowed to be recorded through CIs.- Manage and secure information to support the billing and W2W process.- Incident, problem, change, service request and asset management.**Naturally to be successful in this role, you must have and know of**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related careers.- More than 3 years of experience interacting and implementing relational databases - CMDB.- Strong demonstrable knowledge in asset management.- Knowledge and experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SaFe, Kanban, XP ).- Strong analysis, problem determination and debugging skills, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills.- Proficient with office tools.- Advanced English.**Preferred skills**:- Knowledge of the retail sector (store operations and point of sale concepts) and experience with point-of-sale devices.- Knowledge and handling of Quick Base tool- Knowledge and handling of Service Now- Knowledge in object-oriented development.**We offer**:- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll.- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Life insurance, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.(For the employee and direct family members).- Minor medical expenses insurance.- Savings fund for employees, capped at the limit of the law.- Grocery coupons.- Pension plan.- 12 days of vacation plus 6 floating days.
