**Who We Are**:At VML, we are a beacon of innovation and growth in an ever-evolving world.Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration.With the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson, we have forged a new path as a growth partner that is part creative agency, part consultancy, and part technology powerhouse.Our global family now encompasses over 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in 64 markets, each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences.Our expertise spans the entire customer journey, offering deep insights in communications, commerce, consultancy, CRM, CX, data, production, and technology.We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.En VML, estamos buscando Media Planner Sr.**¿Qué harás?**- Planeación estratégica para campañas digitales.- Análisis del consumidor ( canales digitales)- Implementación de pauta en medios.- Conocimiento en plataformas como: Meta Ads, Tik Tok, DVD 360, Google Ads.- Identificar y segmentar audiencias objetivo para campañas.- Supervisar y ajustar las campañas para mejorar el rendimiento y optimizar la estrategia de inversión en función a resultados de negocio, garantizando la consistencia desde la planificación y ejecución.- Trabajar en conjunto con equipos interdisciplinarios (Creatividad, Data, SEO, CRM)- Asegurar que la estrategia de medios digitales esté alineada con la estrategia de marca.- Hacer planeación anual basada en KPIS de industria y de la propia marca con historicos.- Asegurar que el WoW establecido para la marca se cumpla en tiempo y forma sin que exista ningún tipo de error en las implementaciones.- Conciliación y cierres de inversión con el área de finanzas.- Identificación de nuevas oportunidades con la cuenta.**¿Qué necesitas?**- Lic. Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.- Uso de Goblal Web Index, SimilarWeb, Admetricks.- Conocimiento Best Practices de cada platafroma.- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación.- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y análisis de datos.- Inglés avanzado **INDISPENSABLE**.**Beneficios**:Oportunidad de aprender y crecer en un entorno dinámico.- ?
