The position is hybrid with day shifts and requires no travel.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust Pega solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Pega applications.Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices.Develop and maintain Pega Reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Integrate Pega applications with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Enhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega interfaces and ensuring mobile compatibility.Utilize Pega Case Management to streamline workflows and improve case resolution times.Ensure Pega applications are scalable and maintainable by following industry standards and guidelines.Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations to ensure Pega applications run efficiently.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Pega technologies.Stay updated with the latest Pega features and enhancements to continuously improve solutions.Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users for effective application usage.QualificationsPossess strong expertise in Pega Reporting, Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data management.Have experience in enhancing Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility for better accessibility.Experience in Pega Case Management to improve business process efficiency.Nice to have domain experience in Billing and Accounting Management for financial processes.Nice to have knowledge in Order Planning and Communication for effective order management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Certifications RequiredCertified Pega System Architect (CPSA) or equivalent certification in Pega technologies.#J-*****-Ljbffr
