Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. The quality assurance (QA) analyst will participate as part of a cross-functional Agile team and will advocate for and ensure quality for their team. You will participate in development design sessions and provide feedback from a quality perspective. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams. You work effectively with developers, BA's, Product Managers, and customers to draft test plans and test cases from an established set of requirements. Proficient with Agile and a collaborative cross functional approach to building awesome software. Will be working with offshore teams and collaborating on best practices across multiple Agile teams. Qualifications 2 + years of experience in the field is a must. Your testing experiences include planning, assessments, test case creation and maintenance. Automation experience is desirable but it's not a must. Knowledge of the POS retail / e-commerce space is a plus, as is experience with testing on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and payment devices. Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, TC design frameworks is a great asset. The technologies we are looking for include some of the following : TestRail or other TC repository tool BDD TDD Restful APIs Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Knowledge on Jira / TestRail connectivity with Squish is a plus SQL Preferred Experience Squish Selenium LI-TM1 We offer a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
