📢 We’re Hiring – Temporary Logistics Administrator (Import & Export)Are you experienced in logistics and looking for a new challenge?We’re searching for a temporary Logistics Administrator to support import and export activities across North America. This role will work closely with business teams, logistics partners, and global functions to ensure smooth cross-border operations.🔹 Work Location Options This position can be based at either of our manufacturing sites in Apodaca (5 minutes from downtown) or García, Nuevo León (15 minutes from the Dominio Cumbres area).🔹 What You’ll DoCoordinate day-to-day import/export processes and documentation for air and ocean shipmentsMaintain strong communication with internal teams, freight forwarders, and external agenciesEnsure compliance with international shipping and customs requirementsTrack shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholdersDrive accuracy in data entry, file maintenance, and operational processes🔹 What We’re Looking ForExperience in international logistics, preferably in the coatings/chemical industryStrong knowledge of FCL, LCL, airfreight, and customs clearanceExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systemsIf you excel in problem-solving, enjoy working with global teams, we’d love to connect
