**Office Administrator, Monterrey Operations**Reports To**:Director of Corporate Compliance**Location**:Monterrey, Mexico**Environment**:Onsite****Work Schedule**:This position is **full-time** and **onsite Monday through Friday** from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** local time with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.**Who We Are**:**Redwood Logistics** is one of the fastest growing?and most innovative 4PL providers offering supply chain execution and next-generation supply chain technology solutions.?For more than 20 years, Redwood Logistics has been helping move businesses forward by connecting our clients to winning strategies.As a next-generation leader in forth-party logistics (4PL), we live at the intersection of logistics and technology.We focus brilliant minds, technology services, and performance excellence to modernize supply chains.From our diversity of services, data-driven network solutions, and strategically integrated model, we have positioned ourselves as the dominant player in the mid-market space operating across North America and Mexico.We are a privately held company, managing significant transportation spend - we are big, but flexible with an entrepreneurial spirit**Redwood Mexico**, a subsidiary of Redwood Logistics, speaks the cross-border shipping language removing roadblocks that can bring cross-border supply chains to a stand-still.Our continued success is driven by our fearless and innovative people.Being part of the Redwood family means taking the road less traveled, building each other up to greatness, and always leaving room for funReady to grow with us?With $1.4B in Revenue, 34% YOY SaaS growth and 400% SaaS pipeline, now is the time to join Redwood**Purpose of Your Work**:As **Office Administrator**, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, efficient, and professional operation of our Monterrey office across different business units.You will be responsible effective coordination, communication and collaboration between all groups utilizing the office.**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:- Plan and execute short and long-term strategy for the Monterrey office.Work with all the business units occupying the office to ensure current and future support- Develops reports for stakeholders on facility management, repairs and safety measures as requested.Project manages buildouts/new construction in assigned spaces- Obtains and reviews quotes, secures contracts, and manages suppliers serving the operations including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, transport, office supplies and general contractors- Manages parking spots and requests for guest parking at office.Manages badge access.- Conducts daily check of common areas, including conference room.Cleans and stocks inventory as needed.Supports non-technical workstation setup- Support U.S. visitors with travel, transportation and meal reservations as needed.- Work with B.U. leaders on training requirements and process improvements for each function.- Work with recruiting and BUs to ensure all positions have complete job descriptions and performance expectations.Updates the floors seating chart as needed.- Understand business laws and regulations in Mexico.Work closely with HR on hiring and termination of employees and guide and inform stake holders of the process to limit any negative impact to Redwood.- Work on the development, management, and reporting of KPIs for each business function.Measure and report KPIs and ROI for the operation- Support commercial needs, including development of leads and supporting new customers.- Activates, updates and deactivates company security key cards in accordance with company procedure.- Travel to Chicago when required to work with stake holders- Any other activity required as we continue to develop the scope of this position**You've Got This?**- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English- 1-3 years of experience within an administration or reception function in office environment- Strong ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects, following through as needed- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form to all levels or organization- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel- Proven ability to manage upwards and influence across different teams.- Detail-oriented and extremely organized; exercises follow through- Exercises strong discretion with confidential and/or proprietary information/data- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs; comfortable working in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment**What We Offer**:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days "Aguinaldo" Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.Additional days will increase per Mexican Law.-
