**Vacante para la empresa G-Global en Pacífico - Tijuana, Baja California**:**Customer Success Manager**:** G-Global**Agencia aduanal y de logística, con 105 años de experiência, pionera en Baja California y una de las primeras en todo México.Somos expertos en Comercio Exterior a nível internacional, manejando diferentes tipos de mercancías para todas las industrias.Solicita CSM para laborar en Tijuana.BC.Asegurar que los proyectos se realicen en tiempo y forma sin salirse del presupuesto asignado.Se encargará de monitorear las actividades, asignar tareas, recursos y presupuesto a cada uno de los proyectos de la organización.**Actividades Generales**Cubrir todas las áreas de gestión de Transferencias e Introducción de nuevos clientes, incluyendo la planificación de proyectos, diseño, coordinación, estimación de costo, y negociación.Planear y monitorear los distintos proyectos a su cargoCapaz de organizarsepara el cumplimiento de metas y tiempos acordadosEstimar y desglosar el presupuesto y requerimiento de recursos para cada uno de los proyectos a su cargoAnalizar y manejar un rango aceptable de riesgo dentro de las actividades de los proyectosRealizar reportes sobre los avances y actividades realizadasGestionar relaciones con clientes internos y externos.**Requisitos y experiência**Ingeniería Industrialo a fin3 años de experiência en supervisión o gerencia en área de Ingeniería y/o proyectosVisa vigenteBilingüeExperiência en resolución de conflictos y disposición de los recursos para el proyecto asignadoExperto en gestión de proyectos, con trayectoria probada**Habilidades esenciales**:- Liderazgo- Experiência en la materia- Comunicación y negociación- Organización y gestión de equipos- Gestión del tiempo- Gestión de riesgos- Pensamiento crítico / resolución de problemas- Gestión presupuestaria- Planeación estratégica- Adaptabilidad- Ser experto en tecnología- Resiliencia**Certificaciones deseable**- Certificación PMP- Certificaciones de SCRUMSúmate al equipo en crecimiento**Nível de educación deseada**:Maestría**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transport logísticaCadena de Suministro Almacenamiento**Habilidades**:- analítico- estratégico- desarrollador
