Senior Consultant Marketing Sales & Services (Studio+) Buscamos un Consultor Senior altamente motivado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marketing Sales & Services (Studio+). El candidato ideal será responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos, desarrollar e implementar soluciones innovadoras y mejorar la experiencia del cliente a través de estrategias de marketing efectivas. Responsabilidades clave Desarrollo de Estrategias de Ventas: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas, gestionar equipos y desarrollar modelos de compromiso con el cliente. Transformación de Servicios: Creación de modelos de experiencia del cliente que optimicen la interacción y satisfacción del cliente. Gestión de Atención al Cliente: Desarrollo de estrategias omnicanal para mejorar la atención y el soporte. Análisis de Customer Journey: Especializarse en el análisis y diseño de la experiencia del cliente a lo largo de su recorrido, asegurando una experiencia fluida y satisfactoria. Formulación de Estrategias: Formular y ejecutar estrategias de negocio y de portafolio que alineen con los objetivos comerciales de la organización. Desarrollo de Programas de Lealtad: Crear y desarrollar estrategias para fomentar la lealtad del cliente, así como investigar y diseñar experiencias de usuario en plataformas de lealtad. Marketing Digital: Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias de marketing digital y gestionar campañas efectivas que generen resultados. Capacitación y Formación: Capacitar y guiar a los equipos internos sobre las mejores prácticas en marketing y ventas, así como en el uso de herramientas digitales. Para calificar • Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas, Economía, o afín. • Inglés Avanzado. • Más de 4 años de experiencia en firmas de consultoría, experiencia en industrias de consumo, farmacéutica, energía, y CPG. • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo y liderar grupos multidisciplinarios. • Enfoque en la obtención de resultados y atención a los detalles. • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y cambiante. • Dominio de la paquetería de Office y herramientas de análisis de datos. • Scrum Master, Agile, o PM.
