As a well-established eCommerce Multi brands (luxury, Fashion, Jewelry, Home Goods, Electronics); we are looking for fully bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to managerial team when necessary.Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact, so we are interested in individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.**Essential responsibilities**:- Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs- Suggest solutions when a product malfunction- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments- Accurately document customer account- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution**Experience/Skills**:- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills- proper grammar required for all written correspondence- Punctuality and consistent work attendance- Minimum of 3 years experience in Call Center Customer Service experience role- Fully Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)- Effectively work with all levels of leadership and management within the Company**Key Competencies**:- _Customer Service_ — Delivering legendary behaviors that meets and exceeds all internal & external customers' expectations- _Values and Integrity_ — Adheres to company values, beliefs and principles during both good and bad times- _Patience_— Remains calm, maintains perspective and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations- _Personal Learning_ —Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills and experiences- _Coaching_ - Able to correctly assess a learner's strength & opportunities and develop them to the next level- _Making Decisions_ — Makes timely and quality decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment- _Communication_ — Able to communicate professionally (verbal and written communications)- _Planning and Organizing_ - Sets priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity- _Achieving Results_ — Gets results and achieves goals.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $15,****** - $15,****** per month**Experience**:- Call Center: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
