At Sims Lifecycle Services, we believe progress is driven by our people.If you are set on making real change for tomorrow, we have the scale, resources, and ambition to make it happen now.SLS is the global leader in circular cloud solutions.We will continue to drive circular economy initiatives with our clients to improve environmental outcomes and business results.We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Systems Administrator for our Guadalajara operations and will report to the Web Content Developer in USA.The Marketing Systems Administrator manages and supports marketing information systems used to support sales and marketing operations including CRM, marketing automation, website content management system and Google tools.Position is full time.**Key Responsibilities**- Administer and maintain sales and marketing software and related systems.- Leverage information to support business decisions by sales and marketing.- Ensure data is accurate and meets strict data standards and protocols.- Use marketing automation to support campaigns for lead generation and lead nurturing.- Develop and implement training plans, including creation of training materials for users.- Oversee website maintenance and improvements in conjunction with 3rd party web developers.Technical configuration of Wordpress should optimize SEO and website response times.- Use Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager), to track website traffic and user behavior and provide monthly reports.- Engage with external website vendor as needed.- Track and report website metrics using Google tools, website form completions and social media dashboards.Extract useful information through analysis and technical setup.- Complete special projects, analyses and surveys assigned by management.- Represent Sims Limited in a positive and professional manner.- Maintain proper work ethic and attention to detail.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or Information Systems; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.- 3 to 5 years of experience working with marketing information systems.- Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.**Benefits**- Government mandated benefits- Pantry voucher- Life insurance- Medical insurance for major expensesPay: $55,****** - $60,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- CRM: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Work Location: In person
