**Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Administrator****Location: TCS Mexico Offices - Onsite (3-5 days a week)****Cities: Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, Monterrey****Client: TCS Mexico****Tenure: Permanent Hiring****Job Summary**:TCS Mexico is looking for a highly capable **ServiceNow Developer/Admin** to manage, enhance, and extend the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.This role involves both development and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient ITSM processes, platform stability, and user satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**:- Administer core modules**:Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog**.- Implement integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs** with third-party systems.- Maintain user roles, groups, and access controls (ACLs).- Perform upgrades, patches, and general platform maintenance.- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Document development efforts and provide user training/support.**Required Skills**:- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in **ServiceNow development and administration**.- Proficient in **JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts**.- Experience with **ServiceNow Studio**, **Flow Designer**, and **Scoped Applications**.- Good understanding of **ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks**.- Strong experience in **platform customization and performance optimization**.- Integration expertise using **REST, SOAP**, and **MID servers**.**Preferred Skills**:- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** - highly preferred.- Experience with **ITOM, HRSD, GRC**, or **Service Portal** - nice to have.- Familiarity with **Agile or Scrum methodologies**.- Bilingual in **Spanish and English** - preferred.- **Thanks & Regards,**_- **Suraj Barik**_- **IT Recuirter**_**Scalable Systems** **|**Inspiring Innovation**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $80,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesExperiência:- 15 years: 4 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
