**SEO Specialist**Location: RemoteFull-Time**About Bateman Collective**:Bateman Collective is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in direct-to-seller marketing for Real Estate Investors.We focus on connecting distressed homeowners—who may face challenges like foreclosure, inherited property, or relocation—with investors who can offer solutions.Our work provides homeowners a path to financial relief while generating business for our clients.**Bateman Collective Core Values**:**Be Curious**:We ask the right questions and embrace the answers.No person, based on experience or role is more right than another.We are grounded in data.**Choose to Care**:We choose to be authentic to ourselves and those who we interact with.We recognize that the highest level of success comes from lifting the people around us.**Own Your Impact**:We take ownership over our own results and the results of our team.We always do what we say we are going to do.**Humble and Hungry**:We are ambitious students and lifelong learners.We embrace the hard work required to achieve greatness.When we fail, we look inward first and we change to become the kind of person who can achieve the success we're chasing.**Responsibilities**:- Google Business Profiles:- Sets up, optimizes and posts updates to clients' GBPs- On-Page Optimization:- Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and website content for targeted keywords.- Technical SEO:- Analyze website structure, site speed, and technical issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing, proposing solutions to address technical SEO concerns.- Content:- Produce content suitable for clients websites, including: blog content, FAQs & service pages- Analytics Monitoring:- Regularly analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console to identify trends, measure SEO performance, and optimize accordingly- Competitor Analysis:- Monitor competitor sites to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the industry.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3+ years experience in SEO.- Experience with Wordpress, being able to perform on-site optimizations- Well organized & able to operate with very little supervision.- Experience working in a project management tool to complete projects & keep other team members apprised of progress.- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently.- Excellent written & spoken English - all company communication**Company Culture**: At Bateman Collective, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and collaborative work environment.We believe in work-life balance, offering a hybrid work schedule and a range of benefits to support our team's overall well-being.From regular company events to comprehensive healthcare coverage, we are committed to creating a culture where our employees can thrive.
