About the RoleAs an SEO Specialist, you will utilize specialized skills to address complex assignments.

Your role includes developing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing advanced on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance search visibility and drive organic traffic.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the company's digital presence.Complex Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of website performance, search engine rankings, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.Advanced Keyword Research: Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to inform and refine SEO strategies.Technical SEO Implementation: Lead the implementation of technical SEO changes, collaborating with web developers to ensure optimal website performance and crawlability.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key SEO metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve search engine rankings.Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices and targets high-value keywords.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, and incorporate them into strategic plans and campaigns.RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.Experience working with multi-location SEO at scale.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.Proficiency in SEO tools (e.G., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.G., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.A strategic mindset to develop innovative solutions and strategies for content and SEO.What's in it for you?
