At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.For 140 years, we have developed innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, Hansaplast, and Labello.We act according to our purpose, WE CARE BEYOND SKIN, and take responsibility for our consumers, our employees, the environment and society.Behind every brand, every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20,000 employees.It is for them that we live a culture of inclusion, respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values - CARE, COURAGE, SIMPLICITY and TRUST.We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.**Your Tasks**:- Controlar los níveles de la cartera de la compañía por cliente.- Evaluar y dar seguimiento al proceso de cobro a nível de vendedor, cliente y compañía.- Aprobar pedidos suspendidos por cartera, a partir de las condiciones de crédito pactadas con el cliente y las políticas financieras de la compañía.- Asegurar la existencia y mantenimiento de un sistema de información crediticia confiable en la compañía (COFACE) (Data Client).- Controlar la acreditación de clientes por diferentes conceptos verificando las causales y montos solicitados.- Asegurar el análisis y envío de estados de cuenta a los clientes y a la fuerza de ventas.- Controlar y verificar la documentación generada: Facturas, Notas de Crédito / Débito.- Revisar y garantizar el cuadre mensual de la cartera con Contabilidad.- Elaborar cuadros estadísticos y gráficos de la información de la cartera de clientes.- Monitorear los reportes de cobranza diariamente.- Analizar y elaborar el cálculo de la provisión de incobrables (pérdida estimada).- Dar soporte a la torre de OTC (Order to Cash) como Local Key User (Colombia, Chile y Ecuador).- Supervisar las funciones y actividades ejecutadas por el analista del área de CxC.- Revisar constantemente las políticas del área y del S&OP.**Your Profile**:- Estudios superiores en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía.- 3 años de experiência en cargos afines.- Dominio Intermedio de SAP.- Dominio de Excel Avanzado y Herramientas Utilitarias de Office 365.- Dominio Intermedio de Inglés.- Habilidad Analítica.- Orientación a resultados y trabajo bajo presión.- Dinamismo, Iniciativa, Proactividad, Negociación.- Experiência trabajando con países de LATAM (deseable Colombia, Chile y Ecuador).**Additional information**:
