Descripción Prepare and present financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards. Develop, monitor, and follow up on the annual budget, including forecasts and variance analysis. Manage tax processes, including SAT filings, reconciliations, cash control, and regulatory reporting. Oversee internal and external audits (SAT, financial audits, Big Four). Ensure financial and regulatory compliance in import and export operations. Analyze pricing, validate invoicing, and ensure proper banking controls. Lead overdue portfolio recovery and ensure integrity of financial records. Use advanced Excel tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for consolidation, analysis, and financial control. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Advanced conversational English. Recent, verifiable, and non-negotiable experience in the automotive industry within a global company. More than three years in managerial positions leading teams. Strong experience overseeing finance, accounting, and tax functions with a focus on internal controls, fiscal compliance, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
