Compensation: MXN 35,000 - MXN 40,000 - monthlyCompany DescriptionWant to be part of a high-impact tech team?At MedTrainer, we're looking for our next IT SaaS Automation Engineer to join usMedTrainer is an innovator in the healthcare technology space, delivering an all-in-one platform that integrates Learning Management, Compliance Training, Credentialing, and powerful automation tools.We're continuously improving how healthcare organizations operate — and our IT team plays a key role in making that possible.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an IT SaaS Automation Engineer who loves solving problems through no-code/low-code tools.Your mission: automate processes, connect systems, eliminate manual work, and help teams move faster.You'll collaborate daily with Operations, CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering, turning business needs into efficient, scalable automations.What You'll DoAnalyze workflows and spot automation opportunities.Connect SaaS tools (CRM, marketing, support, LMS, billing, internal systems).Set up triggers, logic, data flows, and error-handling.Gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations.Document workflows clearly and simply.Support teams with demos, training, and "how-to" guidance.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.Proactively suggest new automation ideas.QualificationsExperience working in a SaaS environment (Ops, RevOps, CS, Support, etc.).Hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code tool:Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Workato, orPower Automate / Power Apps.Comfortable using APIs, webhooks, JSON.Strong process + logical thinking.Basic understanding of data structures.Ability to communicate technical concepts simply.Detail-oriented and great at problem-solving.Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize well.Nice-to-HavesExperience with SaaS tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, etc.Experience working with distributed teams.Background in RevOps, BizOps, CS Ops, or IT Ops.Experience in regulated industries (optional).Soft SkillsStrong communication skills (can explain technical workflows simply)Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating across departmentsCritical thinking and strong problem-solving mindsetDetail-oriented and organizedProactive and curious — identifies opportunities without being askedAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAdaptability and openness to learning new tools and systemsAdditional InformationWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 3–6 months, you will have:Delivered automations that save time and reduce manual work.Built a library of reliable, reusable workflows.Gained trust as the go-to automation partner.Established standards and best practices for automations.What We OfferCompetitive salary 35k to 40k MXN after taxes.Major Medical Expenses InsuranceTotalPass membershipFree breakfast, snacks, and beverages at the officeCompany laptop and toolsGrowth and learning opportunitiesHow to ApplyPlease send your CV/resume in English and a short note or portfolio of automations/projects you've built (screenshots, diagrams, or a short description of the problem and solution are great).Tools/platforms you usedThe business problem you solvedThe measurable impact (time saved, error reduction, etc.)#J-*****-Ljbffr
