Join to apply for the Design Engineer - Structural role at Walter P Moore.We are currently looking for a Design Engineer in our Mexico City office. This individual will be responsible for:Performing structural computations in the design and analysis of concrete, steel, or other structures.Creating analysis models and interpreting results for 2D and 3D structural frames.Assisting with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review.Understanding load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculating applicable loads based on building codes.Assisting with design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables in collaboration with the structures team.Preparing technical studies and reports.The role requires working closely with Structural Engineers and Project Managers, with a team-oriented attitude and client focus.Qualifications:Master’s in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.6-10 years of experience.Cedula required.Experience with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper is a plus.Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Strong organizational skills.Walter P Moore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
