Facilities Manager, Site Supervision

Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our Site Supervision team in MexicoAs a Facilities Manager, you will guarantee that the industrial parks operate in a safe and efficient way in accordance with the property owners.**Facilities Manager Responsibilities**:- Report to property owner of each industrial park to coordinate security, maintenance, and contractors- Coordinate the administrative needs of the industrial park in a secure and efficient manner- Work in compliance with the local area's legal jurisdiction- Establish the guidelines to form the safety and mutual aid committee, integrating all the companies of each industrial park- In collaboration with the security corporation establish security protocols and supervise that they are implemented by the industrial park users- Efficiently manage available resources to ensure the safe and optimal operation of each industrial park- Prepare operation and maintenance budgets for the owners of each industrial park- Manage the requirements of maintenance from landowners/tenants within industrial parks- Report and document accidents and incidents in each industrial park**Facilities Manager Qualifications**:- A minimum of 5 years of experience within site supervision or facilities management- Knowledge of urban maintenance: roads, lighting, Medium Voltage System, Low Voltage System, green areas, stormwater system, hydraulic and sanitary systems, compressed air, HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection System, CCTV, Optic Fiber, Telecommunications and Access Control- Desired to have knowledge in special installation like Oxygen, Nitrogen- Microsoft Office Proficiency- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Client management and customer service skills- Ability to make quick decisions- Availability to travel- Certification in International Safety Standards- Intermediate to advance English skills- Integration of internal civil protection units- PMI Certification preferredEstablished in ****, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.With office locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, the firm specializes in the design of commercial office, corporate, industrial, science & technology, healthcare, retail, auto, public/institutional facilities and renovation projects.Ware Malcomb offers the best of both worlds - a small-office, supportive and nurturing work environment with large company resources and support - providing an amazing opportunity for professional growth.Ware Malcomb offers a wellness-focused company culture, competitive salary and overall benefits package.**Ware Malcomb is recognized as an Inc. **** fastest-growing private company and a Hot Firm and Best Firm to Work For by Zweig Group
