About the Team/Role The Vehicle Solutions team plays a critical role in DiDi’s growth across Spanish‑speaking LATAM by expanding and professionalizing vehicle supply through acquisition, conversion, launch and scale strategies. The team operates at the intersection of growth, operations and partnerships to build a sustainable fleet ecosystem. Position Title Head of Fleet Ecosystem Growth – Mexico & LATAM Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end growth of the fleet ecosystem, from partner sourcing and conversion to 0→ⅹ launches and scale. Lead and develop a cross‑functional team spanning business development, operations and analytics. Build repeatable, scalable processes to launch fleets quickly and operate them efficiently. Work closely ali with senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable vehicle supply growth in Mexico and LATAM. Key Qualifications 8‑10+ years in strategy, operations, BD or general management roles. Proven experience scaling asset‑heavy or marketplace‑based businesses. Strong people leadership with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams. High ownership mindset and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels. Experience in mobility, logistics, fintech or marketplaces strongly preferred. Comfortable working with international partners and complex stakeholder environments.
