Job SummaryAs a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs of delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure.Design Development: Develop detailed CAD drawings based on current standards and future design initiatives.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and approved design sets.Stakeholder Engagement: Review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans.Quality Assurance: Support the design quality control process by participating in peer reviews and following design checklists and standards.QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environment.Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam.Desirable Skills:1-3 years of project coordination experience.1-3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural drafting.Experience:Key Requirements:1-3 years of Revit Experience.
